Shipping policy
Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 3–5 working days. Once processing is complete, orders are normally dispatched within a further 1–2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be treated as received on the next working day.
During busy periods, product launches, seasonal holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing or delivery may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery Services
We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail First Class or Second Class services.
The delivery service available for your order will be shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are not fully tracked and customers may not receive end-to-end tracking updates.
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. After dispatch, delivery will normally be attempted within:
- Royal Mail First Class: approximately 1–3 working days.
- Royal Mail Second Class: approximately 2–5 working days.
Delivery can occasionally take longer because of seasonal demand, severe weather, transport disruption or other circumstances affecting Royal Mail.
Delivery Charges
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you submit and pay for your order.
Dispatch Confirmation
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Please check that the delivery address and email address supplied with your order are complete and accurate.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@bccosmetics.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Delivery Times and Delays
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you may have under UK consumer law. If we cannot deliver within an agreed period, please contact us so that we can investigate and explain the available options.
Responsibility For The products
Delivery is completed when you, or another person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
The products remain our responsibility until that time, except where you independently arrange for delivery using a carrier that we did not offer.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full, including applicable delivery charges.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 14 working days after dispatch, please:
- Check the delivery address shown in your confirmation email.
- Check with other members of your household, neighbours and any nominated safe place.
- Contact us at info@bccosmetics.co.uk, quoting your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail. The use of an untracked service does not remove our legal responsibility for the products while they remain at our risk.
Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@bccosmetics.co.uk.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the parcel, packaging, product and any visible damage. Keep the packaging and product until we have provided further instructions.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where products are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Delivery Area
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Included destinations: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Excluded destinations or postcode areas: Outside of the UK
We do not currently deliver internationally or to the Channel Islands unless expressly stated at checkout.
