Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 3 - 5 working days and dispatch all goods 1 - 2 days after the order has been processed. Your items should arrive within 2-5 days after dispatch (depending on shipping services used)

Our shipping service uses Royal Mail 1^st and 2^nd Class shipping. Please note, Royal Mail is an untracked service. Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer during seasonal rushes such as Christmas or unforeseen circumstances.

Our shipping fees are fixed and are not dependent on the weight of your parcel.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Please note the following:

• Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.
• The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
• You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
• We only ship to the UK.
