Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! our products are not tested on animals.
What is the best way to store your products?
As a general rule, all of our products need to be kept dry, out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. More information can be found by clicking into the product page.
Is there anyone that shouldn’t use your products?
Our products are made using cosmetic grade ingredients, and every product has been approved and is in compliance to use on the skin.
Pregnancy:
Some essential oils are unsafe to use during pregnancy, so please check with your doctor before using our products if you are, or think you could be, pregnant.
Children:
We legally cannot market our products to children and our products are not intended for children.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We care about the environment so all our packaging, including the wrap/bags our bath bombs come in are either biodegradable or recyclable. All our bath bombs are sent in cardboard boxes, all of which have been recycled and can be recycled again. We also use eco-flo packing peanuts – just run them under the sink!
What are your shipping times?
Products on Wednesdays and Thursdays using Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer during seasonal rushes such as Christmas or unforeseen circumstances. We ship to the UK only.
